Preparation: In a warm pan with oil, sauté garlic and onions until translucent. Add ground sirloin and brown for about 6-8 minutes before adding vegetables. Start with vegetables that take the longest to cook such as mushrooms and peppers. As the first group of vegetables is beginning to cook down, incorporate beans and tomatoes and let cook. Finally add in chili and Arrabiata sauce. Simmer for 30-45 minutes until liquid reduces and chili thickens.

½ pound cooked bowtie pasta ~ 2/3 cup milk ~ 12 oz of an easy melting cheese loaf, cubed In a microwave safe bowl combine cubed cheese loaf with milk. Cook on high for 2 minutes and stir. Continue process until well combined. Mix pasta into cheese sauce. Top with chili.
